Initial Thoughts: The Chariot - Wars and Rumors of Wars
This is the best heavy album of 2009 so far. So much aggression, packed into such a short amount of time. It's REALLY short. It's good though.

Initial Thoughts: mewithoutYou - it's all crazy!...
This is weird. Very weird. Not like anything they've done before. I'm not sure how people are going to feel about this. I'm not even sure how I feel about it.

Initial thoughts: Manchester Orchestra - Mean Everything to Nothing
I just decided something. I will never compare this album to I'm Like A Virgin Losing A Child. Virgin is one of my favorite albums of all time, top three for certain. That said, Mean Everything to Nothing lacks nothing upon the first few listens. In the next couple days I'll continue evaluating and hopefully review soon. To sum up what I think I'll have to say though: it's not disappointing. At all.

Initial thoughts: Ace Enders and a Million Different People - When I Hit the Ground
Very solid record. I'm enjoying every second to be honest. Definitely check this out if you're a fan of anything else Ace has done.
Also, my next post will be a review of New Found Glory's Not Without A Fight

Initial Thoughts: Winston Audio - The Red Rhythm
This sounds like a great record. I can't wait to listen to it several more times. Expect a full review in the future. Check these guys out if you like '90s alternative rock or newer bands like Manchester Orchestra and Colour Revolt.

Initial Thoughts: The Number Twelve Looks Like You - Worse Than Alone
Well, it's a Number Twelve album. If you like them, you'll probably like it. If you don't, you probably won't. It's a teeny bit more accessible than Mongrel, but not by much. My opinion on it is that it's decent, probably their strongest release. I still don't like the band very much.
